Please note:- Clean playback of Long play (LP) video tapes, especially from miniDV and Digital 8, is not always possible - Sometimes the original camera/recorder is the only machine capable of playing LP footage without glitches in the sound or picture - this is a limitation of some consumer video formats.

If required we can provide you with a written quotation in advance prior to undertaking any work. Our quotation will be based on the information you give us so please try to be clear about your expectations and requirements.

If you are posting tapes to us please make sure they are adequately packaged with plenty of padding/bubble wrap. Don't send tapes in plastic library cases - they almost always get broken in the post!

We usually complete video conversions within 2-3 working days. Return postage for the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Failure: In the unlikely event that we fail to complete the work as per our quotation we will return your tape(s) and refund your payment less postage and handling costs.

Material deemed unsuitable or copyright protected will be returned and an administration fee may be charged at our discretion.
