Manchester Video’s website now uses HTTPS for improved security. You should now see the padlock symbol in your browser address bar. Encrypted pages do take a little longer to load but the benefit for visitors to our site is a more secure connection.
The website runs on the WordPress platform and relies on various “plug-ins” to make certain things work e.g. The social media sharing icons on the right hand side of this page. Not all of our plug-ins are currently running secure scripts so although the website is encrypted some functions (plug-ins/scripts) are not. We intend to work through all aspects of the site including plug-ins and external links to ensure compliance where possible.
